How to notify us of a lower price or quote
Please use the contact us form on the top menu and email your exact travel dates and locations, vessel specs or package holiday details  (must be the same as shown on our website). Include the quoted price and the name of the website (or a written quote).

1. Our guarantee applies to chartering the same yacht or booking the same cabin on the same vessel for the same duration, at the same time of year.
2. To match your deal, the cost of your charter or trip (excluding extras and insurances) must have a minimum value of  $1,000.
3. The extra $50 discount will be deducted from the total of your booking with us and is not transferable for cash.
4. This offer applies to advertised deals or written quotes and for this offer to be valid we require evidence.
5. This offer is subject to availability. We are committed to matching anyone's legitimate price offer, but for our own protection, we reserve the right to refuse to match a price at any time, mainly due to the fact that some websites may have an incorrect/out of date rates showing, or a quote may have been modified by the customer.
