OVERVIEW

Experience one of the Great Wonders of the World in a unique setting. You will fall in love with Santa Maria as you experience her character.  A Cairns icon she is designed after the gaff rigged schooners built in the 1800's and made of solid hard wood using modern technology.  She has ample deck space for sunbathing and relaxing.

Her beautiful lines will give you the unique feeling of nostalgia, adventure and romance.  We encourage all guests to join in and experience the pleasure of sailing on this classic vessel.  You need to experience diving off this classic sailing boat.  The overall package this yacht provides ensures that you will form memories that last a lifetime.

We limit the amount of passengers to ten (10) so you can experience that intimate personalised attention not possible on bigger vessels. Our objective is to allow you to relax and enjoy the experience and your holiday at your own pace.  So you can join in and help sail the boat or just 'supervise' from the sundeck.  Making your Australian yacht charter an adventure you will remember for years.

The accommodation includes a private cabin with a double bed.  The salon has 5 single beds, and the front cabin has one single and two double beds.  Each of the beds in the shared cabin has a curtain for privacy.

Please Note: we offer both introductory & certified dives, as well as advanced and specialty courses. The courses are outlined in the extras section when you click the "Yellow" enquiry tab.

Scuba Diving
If you want to enjoy scuba diving with a small group of like-minded individuals, this Australian live aboard adventure is exactly what you are looking for.  Our crew and especially dive instructors love to dive.   Showing divers everything that Australia's Great Barrier Reef has to offer. As well as taking divers to Cairns reefs that defy description.

For the beginner or diver that needs a refresher, the smaller groups provide a fun setting where the utmost attention is paid to your safety.  This ensures that you get the most value and enjoyment from your experience. As a diver you’ll be able to explore and discover the wonders of the Great Barrier Reef, Australia without a large number of other divers in the water surrounding you.  The scuba dive instructors can plan the dive to suit your level of comfort and style of dive, so don’t be afraid to ask them for a custom brief.

To challenge you as a diver we provide the option for night dives, drift dives, swim-throughs, as well as following ravines and canyons.  The captain and dive instructor will work together to find the dive environment that suits you and the conditions, in order to maximize your experience.
A brief description of a the places we visit can be seen at our Great Barrier Reef scuba dive sites page.

We offer both introductory & certified dives, as well as advanced and specialty courses.

On departure day, before you commence your trip, you may be required to sign a rental agreement (in the case of boat charters) with the supplier of the vessel. Your rental and use of the vessel will be governed by the terms of the rental agreement and any other documentation or information provided to you by the supplier at the time you pick up your vessel. The rental agreement is between you and the supplier and we will not be liable to you or to any third party in relation to the terms of the supplier rental agreement or any other documentation provided to you by the supplier at the time of pick up.

While we will make reasonable efforts to ensure we are representing only reputable suppliers, we make no warranty about the fitness or suitability of any third party (supplier) product or service and will not accept responsibility for the quality or fitness of any vessel. Booking information

Once we receive your enquiry, we will contact you via phone or email, to advise of availability and confirm the final price is correct - and discuss payment options. A booking is confirmed when you have been emailed a confirmation notice and at this stage the deposit is processed on your credit card and becomes non-refundable and any cancellation fees stated in the terms apply. Upon receipt of your confirmation, please check your details carefully and notify us immediately if there are any incorrect details, as it may not be possible to make changes at a later date.

Please note we accept Visa and Mastercard and the credit card fees are:

If you are booking via phone, please first make sure you have read the terms and conditions of your selected sailing adventure. The onus is always on the renter to ensure they make themselves fully aware of the terms displayed on our website.

Information disclosure
In booking on this website you acknowledge that we disclose your information to your selected Supplier in order to provide the requested rental, trip or charter services.

Amendments
Please check the terms of each vessel to see whether amendment fees apply. Please also note that for some vessels an amendment is treated as a new booking and the rate current at the time the amendment is made to recalculate the entire booking amount (not just the days changed). In the case of boat rental/yacht charter, if the hire or number of days is increased, an additional deposit may be required, while reduction in rental periods or price may reduce the total, but the deposit amount will remain unchanged.

Vessel Capacity and fitness to charter (for Bareboats only)

The number of passengers allowed is indicated next to each vessel on this website. It is your responsibility to choose a journey that is within your capabilities.
